Nutrition Conversations
with
Meryl Lindenberg, M.S.,R.D.,LDN
What you eat and how you eat can have a profound effect on your health and well-being. Your eating habits are deeply connected to how and where you were raised, your current lifestyle, and what you want your life to be.
You may be coping with a condition such as diabetes or a heart condition that requires or would be benefitted by dietary changes. You want to take care of yourself but you do not want to deprive yourself of the pleasures that come from eating good food.
My name is Meryl Lindenberg. I believe that nutritional counseling at its best must take into consideration behavioral patterns, an individual's living arrangement and capabilities, sound medical principles of nutrition, and the use of tasty and attractive food. I have developed my approach to nutritional counseling over many years of practice with a very wide range of patients. My perspective is that your habits are yours and yours alone and any lifestyle changes have to make sense to you and your life.
